Wow, this is so true. Food can be so beneficial to our health and shouldn’t be looked at as something to dread each meal because of how you’ll feel after by eating the not so healthy stuff. By fueling your body with the stuff it craves, such as good fats, fruits, vegetables and more…we can take control of our health! Also, don’t look past the importance of exercise. Exercise is the greatest form of getting out of a funk or bad mood! When your body is satisfied, moving & working, the mind will follow. It’s proven that the endorphins released during exercise reduce stress, boost self-esteem, improve sleep and ward off anxiety and feelings of depression.
Remember, your body wants to move and by fueling with the right stuff, you can’t go wrong!
